Diabetes:- Diabetes can also lead to certain chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease.
Smoking:- Which is very dangerous to you which can lead heart disease by 25 percent.
Obesity:- People who are overweight they have high risk to lead the heart diseases due to higher ldl level. Excess weight also raises risk of heart diseases by 22 percent. Every two pound of excess weight is associated with an increase of 1/mg /dl of total cholesterol.
Western lifestyle:- use of junk foods, coffee, smoke, drink etc which leads hert diseases risk by 65 percent.
