Exercise safety
Doing exercise is good for your health, but not following the proper instruction can leads you to various forms of injuries. So make sure to follow all the precautions which we had given below :-- Stop doing exercise if you are feeling:
- Pain in the chest.
- Feeling dizzy or sick.
- Have muscle cramps.
- Feeling pain in your ankle, joints, feet or legs.
- If you are getting more sweat in cold. If you found this symptoms in you stop doing it otherwise
you may hurt yourself.
- Other precautions you can follow is :-
- Make sure not to talk while doing exercise.
- Drink lots of water before or after exercise to replace the water which you had lost in the form of sweat.
- Do not eat before exercise.
- While going to gym wear light clothes like shorts, tracks, t shirts, shoes in which you can move your every muscle properly.
So follow this safety while going for a sweat session.
