Hi, I am 33 yrs old, my height is 5.2 and I weight 74kg. I have tyroid problems and irregular periods. I want to lose weight around my stomach and hips. Please help me.

Ans:- according to your height and age, your ideal weight should be around 55-57kg.
that means you have to reduce more then 15- 17 kgs to get your ideal weight.

Since you have a thyroid problem, it might take longer to reduce your weight it take you longer time to reduce your weight because of a lower metabolic rate. Follow this diet to get a better result.

Early morning:- 1glass of lukewarm water +1-2 soaked almonds + 1 walnut.

Breakfast:- 1cup of skimmed milk + 1 plate of poha or seviya upma.

Mid-morning:- any seasonal fruit like a pear or apple.

Lunch:- 1 chapati + 1cup of brown rice + 1cup of chana/ rajma + 1cup of vegetables + salad+ 1 cup of skimmed curd.

Evening snack:- 1cup of green tea + 1 dal dosa with green chutney/ an egg sandwich only egg white.

Mid- evening:- you can have one glass of buttermilk.

Dinner:- 2 mix rotis which is made of wheat, jowar, bajri, soyabean + 1 bowl of dal + 1 cup of vegetables + salad.

And try to do some cardio exercise like running, walking, cycling to remove fats from every part. For atleast 20 mins and five days a week.
