Question asked by our follower who was failed to gain weight by following a healthy diet.

According to your height your ideal weight should be 78-80, now you have to increase more then 12 to 15 kg to get your ideal weight.

Whey protein is a high protein powder which naturally found in cows milk. Milk contains two protein casein (approxiemately 80 percent) and whey (20%).

Whey protein is more soluable then casein and is also a higher quality. It is also referred as the best protein because of its nutrients value and provides optimum nutrients that can absorb quickly by muscles.

You can take weight protein within 45 mins of weight training of your workout.
Initially take one scoop with complex carbohydrate such as whole wheat sandwich, banana, sweet potato etc.

Make sure to take approximately 80 gm a day.

One sccop of supplement provide you 24 grm of protein.

And the remaining you can get from your diet. Includes egg whites, chicken, nuts ect which are rich in proteins.
