Side plank:- lie on your left side, resting on your forearm. Cross your right ankle over your left and rest your right hand on your abdomen.

Contract all muscles of your core and slowly lift hips so you’re balancing on the sides of your fee and your forearm. Hold for 15 counts, breathing normally.

Slowly lower your body, roll over, and repeat on your right side. Do 6 reps on each side.

Flutter kick:- lie on your back and raise both legs 6 inches off the floor, knees slightly bent. Lift your head and shoulders off the floor and support your lower back by keeping your elbows on the floor and tucking your hands under your hips if necessary.

Slowly lift your left leg as high as possible. As you lower it, lift your right leg. Try to do 20 kicks with each leg.
