It is very helpful for hard and long duration practice puts catabolic stress on the body which glutamine may be needed as an essential part of your diet which is one of the best reasons it is known as conditionally essential amino acid.
Glutamine has been known to be perfectly safe in humans even in a little higher doseages.
It is also called as brain food and a fuel for the immune system which is taxed a lot of practice during the workouts.
Also it helps to improve to stamina to perform various tasks for longer time.

Glutamine is very useful when you are into fat loss program. It will help to retain your muscle and burn your fat.
