    Core Butt Workout

    To rest 15-30 seconds and to repeat.

    Continue with 15 repetitions of 3 exercises of the nucleus passing of one for other without a break. Be certified of taking away the abs in as you pull the weight, the nick, he saw or slide the hands for out. After a rest circuit 15 seconds and repeat more 2 times.
