Like obtaining more work done in less time and burning more fat and calories of what cardio of moderate intensity and training of strength to do separately.
Being able to train daily during 20-40 minutes vs 4 times weekly during 2 hours at a moment (that Trellised vine has time for that!).
Being able to train with little or no equipment or with equipment as much as you have available in his secondary school or at home.
Being able to personalize trainings on basis of his level of physical conditioning, his level of energy in that day, his time, or his long term or in the short term the objectives of fitness.
Being able to build the strength, resistance and flexibility in less time and to be able to transfer these skills easily to other activities like walks or sports.
Being able to go together with other types more traditional of trainings during the week as it will run, ab workouts, leg trainings, and in the chest workouts.
