Inspire and stretch for front and up, doubling his waist and to use the arms to lift his torso. To lift the legs for which only the tops of his feet and hands touch the ground. Die and lift the hip and to push of turn.
Inspire and to define his right foot to the front. Die and to bring the left foot to the front. His head is in his knees. Inspire, lift and maintain the spread out arms. Die, to lower the arms for the sides as well as repeat the sequence, going out with the left foot.
