Physical activity, like bodybuilding, introduces people to the various influences that can be cause water loss. Everything from the duration and intensity of exercise, environmental conditions in which she performed and the type of clothing worn all the very effect of water loss (Sawka et al. 2007). The loss of water through sweating can lead to changes in plasma volume resulting in an impaired ability to evacuate the heat, increased body temperature and decreased cardiac output (Ritz et al. 2003) In this exercise, dehydration results in the decrease in aerobic power and physical work capacity (Sawka and Mountain 2000 ).
When you're dehydrated, you are not able to lift as much and exercising at the same intensity as you would have if you are not dehydrated. It is estimated that 2% reduction in body fluids can result in performance degradation of up to 15-20% (Kleiner 1999). To have the best exercises that you can have, you need to stay hydrated.
