Recent studies have shown that diets are equipped with low-fat dairy calcium triggers a greater response to lose fat from one that is not equipped or coupled with a smaller amount. A diet high in milk fat is the cause of obesity while those with low-fat calcium actually helps to burn more fat than without it.
In a study conducted by researchers, mice were fed high amounts of fat and sugar for six weeks and all obtaining 27% of their weight in the fat. Then, a select number placed on a diet that limits the amount of calories available to them.

Further more, of those who are selected, some were given calcium supplements along with their calories. Compared with non-plus mice, which lost 8% of their body fat, the mice lost 42% were given calcium (more than 5-fold).
What is interesting is that the calcium milk better actually have the effect of fat loss than calcium obtained from other sources (69% versus 60%, respectively). Calcium plays a very important role in storage, destruction, and metabolism of fatty tissue and this is why his presence helps in fat reduction. The recommended calcium intake is 1,000 currently to 1,300 mg for women and 1,000 to 1,200 mg per day for the
men.
