The Essential Macronutrients - Protein & Fat
You would be selling yourself short by not giving your body all the nutrients you need. I'm talking specifically about the nutrients that are "essential" to the body. Essential nutrients are nutrients that the body can not do and therefore must be obtained through diet.
About the macronutrients, there are two groups of essential nutrients, essential amino acids (EAAs) and essential fatty acids (EFAs). Getting adequate protein in your diet every day is very stressed in the community of fitness, but what is stressed is getting adequate essential fatty acids every day.
Why do you focus on just getting one of two essential nutrients? Both AAS (as protein) and essential fatty acids must be obtained from your diet.

When eaten, the proteins contained in the foods are broken in amino acids, an important food fountain of nitrogen.
To do with what the proteins which it needs (biosyntheses of proteins), the body also precise them. There are 20 amino acids and from the body be able to do some of them from components inside the body, nine of them cannot summarize them to me, consequently.
