So, why women are so lucky to have a body which naturally store body fat more readily than men? Simple truth of this is the purpose of reproduction. Our bodies store fat more easily because it is always prepared to maintain the pregnancy.

Interestingly enough scientists have found that differences in fat distribution among women have a base in the region and climate from which the individual's ancestors had come. For those individuals who come from cold climates descent or Eastern European countries the distribution of body fat tend to be even so as to protect the entire body to bear the bitter winter.
