    Fat Loading

It is possible to push the period of 'fat load' is the same with carbohydrate loading by following a high fat diet for 5-14 days. This will result in an increase in whole body IMTG oxidation while sparing carbohydrate oxidation.

This is the result of an increase in enzymes involved in fat oxidation. Compared with carbohydrate loading though, with respect to endurance performance, it still looks as if the carbohydrate loading is superior.

In general, in order to maximize the storage capabilities of the substrate fuel, you must be willing to minimize the ability to keep opposing substrate as two competing processes.

So if you consume foods high in fat, you probably will minimize muscle glycogen stores, whereas if you eat a high carbohydrate diet, IMTG levels likely to be low.

Only they eat when they are hungry. Never to eat less than you are hungry. To eat simply for habit or boredom will not be going to help the slim. The exercise helps. Exercise is going to burn calories, to maintain in form and to maintain it toned up. Also easier compensation increases his metabolic tax so to lose weight. To reward you. Objectives when you to reach the weight to reward you, with a walk or even buying some delicacies. Do not be blamed on the head if anything will go wrong, re-guilty quilting stitch and to press.

For the motivation added because not to consider to join to a club of slimming. Many persons think that that useful a good advice is coupled to a regular control. It is also the best way of knowing new persons.
