    Cut The Cortisol

Cortisone and adrenaline are working together to help the body respond to stress. Adrenaline is a fast-acting hormone that responds quickly to stress and encourage the body to choose fat as an energy source during times of stress.

While cortisol helps adrenaline to kick in, its physiological effects take longer and it causes the body to utilize muscle protein as an energy source. Over time, chronically increased cortisol levels destroy muscle fibers, suppress immunity, affect memory and concentration, weaken bone mineral density and contribute to cancer.

The body responds the same way every time for all types of stress - cortisol levels increased. Stress can be caused by a serious situation such as deadlines divorce, illness or work, or even something as seemingly innocuous as exposure to loud noise or cold temperatures, skipping meals or lack of sleep

The solution is simple: prevent the increased cortisol levels by reducing stress. To do so, we need to eat right, sleep right, think right, move right, laughs right and correct breathing. In addition, specific supplements can be used to protect our cells from harmful effects of cortisol.

The a androgenic herbs such as Siberian ginseng and ashwaganda, lower cortisol as well as improved immune system support. This is a very good option before exercise. After a workout or before bed
