It seems really do not like pancakes un-American (and I say that as a Canadian), but can be kind of normal gut bomb. So wish them both good taste and good health should be excited about pancakes proteins, which can be made in various ways.
For low-carb diet, just mix a scoop of protein powder with 2 or 3 egg whites as well as a little sweetener. Pour into hot skillet and cook as you would regular pancakes.

You can also Pap a tablespoon of peanut butter on top for extra protein and healthy fats.
Overall, you will have a balanced and solid food calories by about 350 calories, 42 grams protein, 26 grams carbohydrate, and 8.5 grams of fat. You can always adjust the amount of ingredients according to your own needs!
Relying Protein Pancake
1 scoop protein powder
2-3 egg whites
¼ cup dry oatmeal
sweetener
1 teaspoon of peanut butter (optional)
Note: To build muscle, use egg whites 3-4 and add ¼ cup of dry oatmeal.
