Types Of Fat
There are two types of fat that you can have on your body, white fat and brown fat.
White fat:
White fat is important for energy metabolism, heat insulation andcushioning bones and organs. White fat cells that make up the fat cells that do not have a great many cyctoplasm. In contrast, one small fat droplets that make up about 85% of the cells, whereas the nucleus and the cytoplasm to form the rest.
Brown Fat:
On the other side of the brown fat is found most often in newbornsand is located between the shoulder blades. This goal is fat togenerate heat to keep warm. The cells are smaller and containmany mitochondria and thus is more metabolically active. They also contain lots of fat droplets smaller than the one big one looksat white blood cells.
