Diet For Maintenance
From the magazine rack for the TV ads we are bombarded with information about the latest diet frenzy every day. Advertising has always said that "these popular diets do not work, but we will," orthey show photo shopped before and after pictures. And although the term diet automatically makes you think about the people whoneed to lose weight, its Merriam-Webster definition is: "food orbeverages prescribed for someone for a special reason".
So for those who play sports or muscle gain goals, have a proper diet is also important. Many people do not change what they eator drink at all when it comes to sports performance or muscle gain, they just think that because they are not trying to lose weight, all they need is a supplement to achieve their goals. This is not true, supplements are exactly what the name implies, it's a tool that reinforces, complements, or make up for deficiencies inyour diet. This does not mean an automatic end.

Re: Diet For Maintenance
The next time you buy a fat burner and you ask someone: "How fast this works for me?", Remember, fat burner diet and trainingis limited by how fast it works depends on your dedication. Also, for those of you out there who consider themselves "natural" in the sense that they do not need supplements, remember this:Most sports nutrition products contain natural ingredients in your diet (Ex: BCAA and creatine is found in red meat, citrulline is found in watermelon ) in the amount concentrated in an effort toimprove comfort, bio availability and effects. If you think you cando without supplements consider that 2 pounds steak has 4grams of creatine and 119 grams of fat to go along with it
