Foods To Help Lower Your Cholesterol

Eggs: Eat all the egg whites or egg substitutes that you want, but not more than two egg yolks per week.

Fruit: Eat three servings a half cup of fresh fruit every day.Oranges are very good. Avoid coconut, full of saturated fat.
Meat: lean meat only. Use shells (high cholesterol) sparingly, and avoid fatty pork meat, red, ducks and geese. Do not eat any kind of skin, or any organ meat packed in oil (tuna packed in water is fine). No processed lunch meats, sausages or burgers fast food. All meat should be baked or grilled.
Vegetables: Most vegetables fine. Because fiber helps reduce cholesterol, concentrate on broccoli, cauliflower, celery, and potato skins. Eat colorful vegetables (dark green or dark yellow) every day.

Bread: To stick, fiber with whole-grain breads such as wheat or oats. If you bake your own, use margarine instead of butter, and use egg substitute. Avoid pastries and breads are high in sugar.
Nuts: Avoid roasted nuts, especially if the pork and / or added sugars. Most other beans are okay, and dried peas.

Cereals: Avoid sugary cereals and selecting whole grains. As we all know, cholesterol-lowering oatmeal is a wonderful tool. Fats and oils: No butter, use margarine (not stem) if necessary.
Vegetable oil should be high in polyunsaturated fats (some of the good is sunflower, safflower, cottonseed, soybean and corn oil). There is no animal fat, meat droplets, gravies, oil palm or coconut oil.
