    standard portion sizes

    Cereal (1 c.) = a baseball
    Salad Dressing (2 Tbsp.) = A shot glass
    Nuts (1 oz.) = Cupped palms
    Cheese (1 oz.) = Ping-Pong
    Sirloin Hamburger lean (3 oz.) = Close the jars in May
    Peanut Butter (1 tsp.) = One dead
    Cows (3 oz.) = A stick of soap
    Rice (1 / 2 c.) = a scoop of ice cream
    Potatoes / Sweet Potatoes = a computer mouse
    Butter (1 tsp.) = A Scrabble tiles
    Fruit (1 c.) = a tennis ball
    Cooked pasta (1 / 2 c.) = a golf ball
    Fish (3 oz.) = Checkbook
    Chicken (3 oz.) = A stack of playing cards

    Do not be extreme! Life is short - let yourself cheat meal or two. Let's face it, nobody can be perfect all the time! Even the bikini model wants to splurge on pizza and ice cream! The key is moderation!
