In todays fast pace time people are working 24x7 under stress full condition. Long hour job in front of computer to meet the dead lines of projects are draining euphoria and happiness from our lives. In such pathetic condition it’s very important for us to take a pause and pay some attention toward our health and the direction where our life is going. But unfortunately health has lost its priority to think about it, and those who think it has no time to take any action for it.
Time has become the main bar due to which people are not moving forward to connect their selves in some kind of physical activity. And for people office yoga is the solution.
In office yoga you don’t have to worry about preserve some time for your practice. Office yoga poses are so made that you can practice them in your office cabin also.Most of these exercises can be performed easily while sitting at the desk. Office yoga also includes a relaxing meditation breathing technique to help you keep your stress under control. These yoga positions are a perfect low-impact method to improve your work day.
Yoga Program:
• Entire Pawan Mukta Asana 1 series while sitting on a chair
• Tadasana
• Tiryaka Tadasana
• Kati Chakrasana
• Ekapada Pranamasana (Modified: Lifting the leg up to ankle)
• Gomukhasana, while sitting on a chair
• Spinal twisting, while sitting on the chair
• Eye exercises:
o Up and down or vertical movements of eyeballs
o Right and left or horizontal movement of eyeballs
o Diagonal movement of eyeballs
o Diagonal movement in the opposite direction
o Rotational movement of the eyeballs (Clockwise and anti-clockwise)
o Blinking
o Palming
• Abdominal breathing in Shavasana.

Thats a very good idea thanks and I would definitely do this and its also helps us to feel stress free.
