Yoga Question
Hi i've heard alots about yoga that it can help us for lossing some weight too . Is it really possible because i believe that it's just a exercise for mental and muscles relaxation that dosen't consume more energey to do ? what u think about it ?

Yes it is true that yoga is effective in weight lose also. There are millions of people who are in to yoga due to its multifaceted utility. Yoga is a science of balance which brings a state of homeostatic in all our internal system with its holistic approach. So it is a myth that yoga is for only mental peace or relaxation. There are various types of yoga based on different purpose. If your aim is to lose weight then you must go for power yoga. Power yoga includes poses which helps in improving metabolism, detoxify our body, burns calories and makes body supple and well shaped. Yogic breathing like Bellow breath and kapalbhati is also very effctive in weight reduction.
So dont wait and try yoga once to get your body back in to shape.
