Having fruits instead of cooked foods and vegetables is the best option for breakfast, since the fruit does not need to be digested. The fruits are sent to the intestine within 20 minutes of entering the stomach.
Why is not digested fruit? Because it is composed of fructose units called glucose and 80-90% water. Fructose is the easiest converted into glucose in the intestine, which is the fuel of the body without the need for digestion
Eat vegetarian food to lose weight

Yes i agree. What a post dude. I really like it. I know it is harm full for our health to eat much our favorite food so we should avoid it.We should use simple diet like vegetables and fruits.

The natural way which you lose your weight so simply. Always eat fresh fruits and fresh veges, stop all kind of fast foods and drunk more boiled water and do any kind of exercise daily. I think this is perfect natural way of weight lose. Try it.

Sorry I don't agree with you. I think we must get healthy breakfast as you didn't take anything since couple of sleeping hours and you need energy for your all day activities.

I do agree that you should not skip your breakfast for weight loss it will lead you towards weakness instead of weight loss.
keep you breakfast healthy and fat free, drink lots of water, dont be on dieting and take lots of salad in your lunch and dinner. And include Yoga in your daily routine to lose your weight in a natural way.
practice like sun salutation, kapalbhati etc are very effective in weight loss.
thus it is the complete way to shape your body with out any weakness and injury.
