yes i am agree with u that cardio exercises are best for lossing weight and for body fitness . i do some cardio exercises like swimming , running , jogging and cycling and living a healthy life . Best of luck for all of u .

I think swimming is good exercise, lose weight, go with your friends near the pool, jumped into the pool fully care of other ways to lose weight running. I also exercise every day to do both.Although all cardio exercises are very good for health but the best cardio exercises that I also do and got result in form of weight loss.
