As far as i think the best cardio exercise is swimming... There are lot of resistance in water that mean more energy require and more calories burn so i think it is best one....

I think swimming is good exercise for lose weight, go your nearly pool with your friends and jump into pool be care fully an the other way of losing weight is running. I also do both exercise daily.

One must increase cardio distance/time to maintain weight even after hitting goal of losing weight.
