Office Exercises
Regular exercise has an incredible amount of discipline and dedication. The most common complaint that comes with the job of men busy with family life is a lack of time. So because we have some time to do in office so we can do exercise to fit.

Hi Gourav,
Very informative post and very well written. Some exercises you can do in your office.
Do use stairs instead of lift or elevators,
You can do stretching in your cabin,
Do walk in your office (when you are free) as it is great exercise to burn fat,
When you get tires do close your eyes for 5 minutes and relax.
