    There is one more thing that whey protein does help with that you didn't mention. It can reduce stress and ease depression by slowing down the production of cortisol and by boosting the release of serotonin, which is a calming neurotransmitter. It helped me with my depression at the same as making me healthier as I was getting more active.

    I think that is the best way to keep stress way and it will also use by men in some times and with that try to happy always.
