Importance of cool down
For Cool Down?
The main objective of the cooling is to promote the recovery and return of the body for a daily pay exercise, or to work daily pay outside level. During an arduous work for it are of its body passes for a series of stress processes. The muscular staple fibres, ten does and ligaments are damaged, products and residues to construct inside of its body.
To cool carried through correctly; it goes to help its organism in its process of repairing. An area to cool goes to help with is “muscular pain after-exercise.” This is the pain that generally is experienced the day after a hard work. The majority of the people lay-off from the exercise feels this after having one, or at the beginning of the season of sports. I remember sliding a marathon stocking, with very little preparation and, finding difficulties to walk steps in the following day, because mine quadriceps so was dolerite.
In first place, during the exercise, very small tears calls micron tears if develop inside of muscular staple fibres. This micron tears causes swell of the muscular fabrics that in turn exerts pressure on the nervous terminations, resulting in pain.
In according to place, when in the exercise, its heart is to pump great amount of blood for the muscles in activity. This blood is to take oxygen and nutrient that the muscles need work. When the blood arrives at the muscles the oxygen and the nutrients are used for top. Then the force of the act of contract (exercise) muscles pushes the blood for the heart, where again it is oxygenate.
However, when the exercise for, makes thus the force that pushes the blood in return to the heart. This blood, as well as residues of products as the acid lactic, stays in the muscles, that in turn, provoke swell and pain. This process is many times cited as “the accumulation of blood.”
Thus, the aid to cool to everything this, keeping the sanguineous circulation, that in turn helps to prevent the accumulation of blood and also it removes the residues of the muscles. This blood that also circulates brings obtains the necessary oxygen and nutrients for the muscles, ten does and ligaments for repairing.
