What I must make to warm-up?
Warm-upping techniques are used mainly to increase the core of the body, and muscular and temperature is grouped in three categories:
1. Passive
Passive warm-ups to cause an increase of the temperature by means of is. Examples of this are cushions of warm-upping, liniments, saunas, etc
2. Generality
The general warm-upping the increase of the temperature for general or not specific corporal movements. Jumping Jacks is a good example of this type of warm-upping.
3. Specific
The specific warm-upping provokes an increase of the temperature, using the real parts of the body that will be used in the intended exercise. A good example of this is when body construction to make one warm-up definite with only the weight of the bar before adding plates.
The technique of specific warm-upping seems to be most efficient of the three.
It is recommendable that you it makes at least 1 or 2 warm-up series for each part of the body that you are you give to train, exactly that the muscular temperature of the core and is already increased the physical and mental assay, this type of stretching promotes is beneficial in many levels.
The activities of stretching
As with warm-up, exist three categories of stretching:
1. Ballistic stretching

The static stretching

This form of stretching is perhaps most used in the type of routine of stretching’s. FNP uses alternating contractions and stretching’s of the muscles.
These are by no means the only types of stretching’s for are there, but they are the main ones. You must always use a routine of stretching’s that combine with you and its better formation.
