    Overweight is the serious issues many people facing the problem of overweight. Thanks for sharing the nice information on the weight loss. Due to overweight many people faces the problem of heart attack and diabetes.

    Firstly:
    Do Not Skip Breakfast: More than 80% of obese people believe that skipping breakfast will help them lose weight. In fact this is what does not let them lose weight. A high fiber breakfast is very important for your body no matter what your weight is. It kick starts your metabolism for the whole day. If you skip your breakfast, you are actually slowing down your metabolism. Slow metabolism triggers obesity therefore you must not skip your breakfast. Eat 3-5 small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism in perfect order.

    Drink Water: Do not substitute your plain water intake by soda or carbonated drinks. Plain water is highly beneficial for detoxifying your internal organs. It keeps your digestion in perfect order. Lack of water in your body gives rise to several health issues and obesity is one of them. Drink 10-12 glasses of water every day to remain toxin free.

    Some more tips to loss weight effectively:
    Break your heavy 3 meals in 5 small meals,
    Drink 2 glass of water before every meal,
    Add fresh fruits and vegetables more in your diet meals,
    Drink green tea,
    Prefer fresh juices over beverages, soda and diet soda,
    Do exercise, sport or any physical activity to burn calories,
    Sleep for 8 hours in a day.

    Rely on Green Vegetables and fruits
    Water will have great contribution in weight loss
    Drink Fruits Juices

    Following are the best weight loss tips;

    1. Drinking more than 8 glass of water in a day
    2. Early morning walk is good for loosing weight
    3. Taking exercise for more than half an hour is effective like (Running, Stretching and jogging)
    4. Eat balance diet and avoid eating heavy foods like junk food, fast food
    5. Use more fruits in diet and drink shakes
    6. Drink fresh juices like grape fruit and orange
    7. Minimize the amount of food and focus more on fruits
