    How to reduce body heat?

    Hello people, I am abbas qureshi and I live at Nagpur and you all must be knowing, Nagpur is the hottest city in Maharashtra. I want to know if there are any methods to reduce body heat as it is very difficult for me especially in summers. Are there any special products which act as natural coolant for body? So if there are any then please suggest some which may be helpful.

    Drink at least 3.7 litres of water that is the best remedy for reducing body heat

    Will drinking water alone help in reducing the heat? or should I add something to the water like Glucon D?

    Water can really help in keeping the body cool as in summer body looses lots of water through perspiration hence it is essential to keep the body hydrated. You can add Glucon D to water as it is quick source of energy.

    Hi,
    To reduce body heat you can try out some yogic breaths like hissing breath or cooling breath. These two breaths are very beneficial to calm down mind and body and shows immediate cooling effect on practice.
    keep on drinking water frequently to keep your self hydrated. you can put some wet pack or ice packs also. such packs keeps body cool and relaxes mind after a hectic day.
