    What you can do?

    A good sleep is important to be successful in your life and to maintain a good health and lots more which you may imagine. Follow some below tips from the experts:-

    Comfortable bedding:-
    To have a good sleep the first step is that your bedding needs to be comfortable. Make sure that the bed on which you are going to sleep neither too hard nor too soft and a medium soft pillow is what is usually comfortable for most people. But if you are more comfortable on a hard bed – that’s fine as well,” only you should keep in mind that a very high pillow as it can be bad for your neck.

    Be relaxed:-
    It is also important to give your body signs and symbol that its time to slow down and sleep. And anything which makes you relax like listening to music (not head-banging stuff, though) or reading a book (preferably not a a thriller that eggs you on to read more). Other cues include relaxation exercises, a warm shower (the change in body temperature can relax you) or a massage with your favourite lotion.

    Follow the same routine to wake up everyday:-
    Always look for sleep hygiene which is very important, according to many experts. Try to wake up at the same time everyday. This will help your body to get into rhythm. “And your body will automatically want rest when it’s tired at the end of the day,”

    Do exercise in the evening:-
    If you love to ndo exercise make sure to do at the evening time, which is the best time for any form of exercise, then the morning. The fact that you tire your body in the evening will ensure that you sleep well.

    Avoid alcohol, caffeine and nicotine
    All three affect your ability to sleep soundly. Alcohol may seem to help you sleep well as it slows brain activity, but you end up having a fragmented sleep, so avoid it, especially on working days.

    So follow this simple and sensible steps to have a good sleep and dreams.

    I must do two things on daily basis.I use to avoid my self from alcoholic drinks an engage my self in exercise and work outs on daily basis.
