    Singhasana

    Singhasana is also known as the lion posture in common language. Which is also the form of curative yoga and it is also very effective form of yoga posture which has been practice from the ancient times due to the health benefits it offers after performing it.

    Singhasana provides various health benefits which includes:-
    . it is very effective form of posture which helps to Increase Blood circulation to throat and tongue .
    2. it also helps to Strengthen face and throat muscles.
    3. by practicing it regularly it provides sweet and Improve voice.
    4. along with this it is also Effective for sinus headache.

    How you can do at home:-
    1. Kneel on the mat and sit on your heels. Place your hands down on your Knees and look straight ahead.
    2. Now breathe in deeply, through your nose, lean slightly forward and exhale forcefully, opening your mouth as wide as you can shouting 'HAA'. At the same time stretch your tongue out and bend down so it touches your chin. Glare at the tip of your nose. Raise your hands and tighten all the muscles in your arms, hands and fingers. Hold the pose as long as you can.
    3. Let all your muscles relax slowly, breathe nomally for a few minutes . Then repeat 2-3 times.

    Along with this make sure to practise this asana for at least 3 days a week and if posssible to you then start doing it in the morning time between 4-8 which is the best time to perform any form of yoga asana.

    The point to keep in consideration is Open your mouth and stretch the language a large scale. Focus on balance, even when his gaze between the eyebrows. It is really good for the whole body.
