Parasomnias
Parasomnias is a sleep disorder which interface between sleep and waking. Parasomnias is oftenly found in children rather than adult. Around 80% of the pre-school age children suffer from or you can say experience the events. At the regular interval of time. Which is widely increasing around the world.
Parasomnias may be included or extracted by sleep but they are not disorders. The stages you can found in parasomnias are:-
Nocturnal Leg Cramps
Myoclonus
Somniloquy
Rhythmic Movement Disorder
Sleep Paralysis
Hypnogogia
Sleepwalking or Somnambulism
Night Terrors
Sleep-onset Association Disorder

To have a fight with parasomnia you can simply follow the :-
• Make sure to Get up at a regular time every day, even weekend days to make the habit, for a good sleep.
• Avoid daytime napping which helps you to get sleep on time in night, and will not make you sleepless in t he night.
• If you can't get to sleep or wake up for an extended period during the night, get out of bed and do something else, you can do or enjoying playing games, reading books, etc which help you to go sleepy and make your mind tired, automatically you will go to sleep.
• Make sure to Go to bed only when you are feeling sleepy .
This is all about parasomnias, and the complete way to fight with parasomnias. Folow this simple and sensible step to overcome.
