A best reason to drink water
Water is one of the most essential ingredients to a healthy life and to be hydrated. Do you know our body is made up of 65% of water, which is mandatory to maintain the level. Because even in the decrease of 2% can decrease your performance by 10% and makes you dehydrate. Water is very important to performs various important information such as :-
Transports nutrients and gases.
Helps to remove waste and toxins from the body.
Helps to regulate the body's temperature.
Lubricating joints and tissues.
Facilitating digestion.
Water helps to be hydrated. It also helps to fullfil the fluids level which we mostly lost in the form of sweat from the body by doing workout. Adequate intake of water is essential to provide you comfort, performance and safety. It is also a gift which allows you to do intense exercise, and etc.
Are you aware, when you are working out, you build up heat in the muscles which leads to rise in the temperature, and sweat allows your body to make cool.
The evaporation of sweat on our skin is what cools your entire system. When exercising in humidity, we lose even more water and need to drink more to keep cool and replace lost fluid. Your performance will diminish with the loss of fluids.
The water we lose through sweating comes from blood plasma, the vehicle for red blood cells, which contain the oxygen that muscles need in order to perform work.
Make sure to drink atleast 10-12 big glass of waters every day at regular interval. To be hydrated and replenish.
