Does limewire really give you a virus? how can you tell which video is a virus?

If you know what your downloading then it will. I've used it for years and havn't gotten a single virus off of it. The site below can help you on how to prevent on downloading a trojan, bug, etc..

Instead of using Limewire you can try using Ares to download videos and songs. The probablity of downloading a virus is less in Ares.

Its better to avoid using software like Limewire, Ares or other P2P application which are responsible for spreading piracy. Avoid Piracy

I totally agree with Xion. Because of such software's all of the world is facing problems like piracy and hence we should avoid use of such software's.
