Researchers shown that eating garlic help you to protect from various forms of cancer. Theses research was took place at ohio university comprehensive cancer center. Which also claims that garlic are rich in nitrogen containing compounds.
These processes include nitrosation, or the conversion of some substances which found in food or contaminated water, which get converted into carcinogens on entering the body. The scientists wanted to develop a method where they could measure two different compounds in urine – one related to the risk for cancer, and the other, which indicated the extent of garlic consumption.
It was during this research that the researchers found that these two components were inversely proportional to each other. This means that the more the marker for garlic consumption, the less was the marker for risk of cancer.
So, using garlic regular in your diet will not just add up the spice but also do a whole lot of good. Which we had shared above.

Definitely, I am agree with you that garlic is helpful in all way for the health. It is helpful to maintain the blood flow which is useful to brain and heart. Another thing is that it also helpful to increase the stamina power which helps to fight against the viral bacteria.
