Upper Body Motion In Running
The movements of the superior part of the body are essential to maintain the balance forwards and a movement for the optimal operation. They to compensate the movements of the inferior part of the body, being maintained the body in rotational balance. The recovery of a section is complemented by a unit in front of the other arm and a leg of support and proposals of unit are balanced by the movement backwards of the opposite arm. The shoulders and the torso also are involved. Because the unit of the leg is slower than the backward movement of the recovery, the push arm backwards is slower also. The impulse of the arms forwards is stronger and fast.
Whatever more force exerted by the inferior part of the body, more exaggerated the movements of the final stage must be to absorb the impulse. Although it is possible to execute without movements of the arms, the spine and the shoulders generally still it will be contracted. Use of the arms to absorb the aids forces to maintain the balance at greater speed. Otherwise, the optimal force would be difficult to reach, from fear of falling.
Most of the energy spent in the management is going to compensate to the resolution proposals, and thus to increase considerably the speed of circulation, as well as the economy can be done by means of the elimination of useless or incorrect movements. For example, if the vector of force in the phase of unit has too much like objective far from the center of mass of the body, that the organism will transfer a little while angular that it has to be absorbed.
