Monsoon has arrived which means the market place is full of fresh fruits and vegetables. If you like to have fresh refreshing foods, then this is the best time. And what could be more refreshing then a simple bowl of salads which is rich in various minerals and vitamin.
Salads has different meaning for different people some consider as a rabbit food, while some consider it as a mantra for healthy life and its true!
Benefits of salads:-
Salads are simply delicious which is a great way to mix completely different kind of foods, textures and flavor under one bowl an even one meal. if you are health conscious you can mix crunchy leaves like, (spinach, lettuce, cabbage, etc), nuts (almonds, pine nuts, walnuts, etc.), cereals (boiled corn, beans, peas, etc), boiled lentils (black channa, rajmah, etc), herbs (basil, oregano, mint, holy basil, etc), even some proteins like boiled eggs or chicken and toss it with a salad dressing of honey, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar. For those who have a sweet tooth you can also add raisins, apricots, prunes, figs, etc. which makes your tongue delicious.
Salads are very refreshing which can be also used for fulfilling.
Salads are rich in fibers which helps you to be away from constipation and many dangerous diseases. It is loaded with enzymes, vitamins and minerals which helps you to be healthy.
Salads are the ideal food for the people who like to eat light foods. Salads are low in calories which helps to be away from obesity.
Salads are very easy to make if you hate to cook food.
This are the benefits of having salads which helps you to save time, provides complete minerals and vitamins and etc.

You have shared great knowledge about salads. There are so many benefits of salads. here i am sharing some of my thoughts about it.
* Eating a salad every day offers numerous health benefits. It is one of the simplest and healthiest food habits that anyone can commit to.
* One health benefit of consuming salad is an increase in fiber intake. Salads provide the body with a lot of fiber which in turn means lower cholesterol and less constipatio
* A salad is something that is very simple to make and it can bring us a few steps closer to meeting our daily vegetable requirement.

Salad is also beneficial for those people who his on dieting. Also salad contain raw food which is good for the weight loss. In case of overweight situation salad plays the important role. Salad is one of the simplest and healthiest food habits that anyone can commit to. Salads are easy to make and they bring us a few steps closer to our recommended daily serving of fruit and vegetables.
