Diet tips for party
This season is complete holiday package for the people who always like to go for party and for whom who started planning party plans. Diwali, Christmas, new year etc are the times which most of the people are eagerly waiting for the whole year. Because its all about enjoying with family friends and relatives. Party is a combination of good music, great alcohol, and sumptuous food just make it all worth waiting for.
But many people found it difficult to have special dietary needs which make it harder for them to balance food with fun; therefore here are some tips that would help those people to enjoy this season to the fullest.
If you are diabetic:-
Try to consume less alcohol minimum 2 servings are safe, because it is just like sugar to the system.
After that you can go with salad with hung curd dip which helps to regulate the alchol effect.
Try to eat small portion which is rich in proteins such as chicken, fish etc.
While during the day time you should go with black channa, soya, oats, milliets, methi seeds, etc to balance the sugar level.
If you are on diet:-
If you trying to lose your butt, and those inches. One party food can make it impossible. So whenever you are going for a party take the smallest plate and fill it with lots of healthy salads, chicken or fish.
Try to focus on friends rather then food, remember it is harder to burn the calories which you are going to get from consuming the foods.
Try to include a low glycemic index and high fiber foods like roti with chokker, dal soups, lots of salad with olive oil dressing, drink lots of herbal tea without milk, and walk regularly.
