Aquatic massage
Now we think you all are aware, what health benefit a good massage can provides us. Moving forward with the other form of massage that is “aquatic massage”. This will be new to you.
Are you aware that floating on a water provide a very relaxing sense. Even if you don’t know how to swim, you can still get the benefit from the freedom of movement that you can get from just floating on water.
It does not take much effort, to float on a water. You have to simply lay back on the water’s surface and let the water carry your body.
The water instantly washes out all the cares and worries, stress which helps you to move in the ways that you cannot move when you are on a solid surface.
Water provides a relaxing effect to the entire body and a wider range of movement that water lets people do while floating on it is something that massage therapists have taken advantage of in promoting health and well-being with their clients. A particular technique has been developed that relies exactly on this, and it is called aquatic massage therapy.
Aquatic massage is a form of theraphy when a client is either floating or soaking in a therapeutic pool. For further relaxation of the body, the water in the pool is always kept at 95 degress Fahrenheit. Which allows heat to the body, which helps to makes the skin to seeps water and loosens muscles. It also calms the nervous system and makes you feel good,
So try it.
