Tips for new gym-goer
Dear follower have you recently join the gym, to look perfect and want to have muscular look. Weight lifting is a fun but although you have to follow some tips to protect yourself and your body from the unwanted injuries and cramps. if yes then follow the 5 most important tip which help you throughout your gym career.
Keep your body hydrated:- make sure to drink water 15-25 minutes before starting warmup exercises which helps you to reduce the chances of geeting muscles cramps.
Always do stretching and warmup before starting your exercise which is very important to keep away from injury.
Always go slow don’t try to lift heavy weight in the intial days. Or you can go with lighter weight and more repitations for the first few days and gradually practice heavy weights.
Don’t pick your feet up from the floor when you doing bench press, no matters how others are doing. Always prefer to have lighter weight which helps your feet always be steadily planted.
After working out, make sure to do cool down exercises. Which is very important after exercise you need to calm your muscles by repeating some of the stretching exercises in correct order.
Follow this tips if you are beginner to prevent injuries and cramps.
