    In this session we are going to discuss some healthy tips which helps you lot to be healthy.

    1. To prevent dryness and irritation in your eyes while working for long time on computer, blink 10 times within 20 mins by closing your eyes very slowly, this will help you to be away from eye problems.

    2. Bhangra, a popular dance form of Punjabi, may help you to burn around 350-400 calories/hour and also tones muscles like quads, biceps, triceps, and glutes.

    3. Make a habit to wight yourself on Monday, which helps you to less likely to overeat on the weekend if you have to step on the scale on Monday morning.

    4. To make your running regular, you can simply join a local running group. Which helps tend to give less when you know that for you a group is waiting on the corner.

    5. Always make sure to listen soothing music everyday for at least 30 min which helps you to reduce stress and anxiety, and increases self esteem and self confidence.

    6. Always avoid too hot or too cold foods as the temperature change can allow the cracks to formor expand in teeth and permit stains to penetrate.

    7. Always make sure to avoid drink tea or coffee after a meal as it can interface with the absorption of non-heme iron(found in plants) consumed in the meal.
