Water is one of the most essential ingredients to a healthy life and to be hydrated. Do you know our body is made up of 65% of water, which is mandatory to maintain the level. Because even in the decrease of 2% can decrease your performance by 10% and makes you dehydrate. Water is very important to performs various important information such as :-

• Transports nutrients and gases.
• Helps to remove waste and toxins from the body.
• Helps to regulate the body's temperature.
• Lubricating joints and tissues.
• Facilitating digestion.

Water helps to be hydrated. It also helps to fullfil the fluids level which we mostly lost in the form of sweat from the body by doing workout. Adequate intake of water is essential to provide you comfort, performance and safety. It is also a gift which allows you to do intense exercise, and etc.

Are you aware, when you are working out, you build up heat in the muscles which leads to rise in the temperature, and sweat allows your body to make cool.

The evaporation of sweat on our skin is what cools your entire system. When exercising in humidity, we lose even more water and need to drink more to keep cool and replace lost fluid. Your performance will diminish with the loss of fluids.

The water we lose through sweating comes from blood plasma, the vehicle for red blood cells, which contain the oxygen that muscles need in order to perform work.

Make sure to drink atleast 10-12 big glass of waters every day at regular interval. To be hydrated and replenish.

The public health is “science and the art to prevent the diseases, to prolong the life and the promotion of the health by means of the organized efforts and to choose with knowledge of the society, the organizations, public and deprived, communities and individuals.” (Winslow, 1920) talks about to the threats to the general health of a community based on the analysis of health of the population. The population at issue can be as small as a handful of people or as great as all the inhabitants of several continents (for example, in the case of a pandemic). The public health has many sub-fields, but it is divided generally in the categories of the epidemiology, the biostatistics and the services of health. Environmental, of health and social behavior, and occupational health, is also important areas in the public health.
The center of intervention in public health is to come up instead of dealing with a disease through the monitoring cases and the promotion about healthful behaviors. In addition to these activities, in many cases the treatment of a disease can be vital for the prevention in others, as for example during a bud of an infectious disease. the scheme of vaccination and preservative distribution, are examples of measures of public health.
Unlike the clinical professionals, the public health is centered more in whole populations instead of the individuals. Its objective is to prevent that they happen or they return to present/display problems of health by means of the implementation of educative programs, the elaboration of policies, administration of the services, and to make investigations.

The health is the general state of a person in all the aspects. It is also a level of operation and/or metabolic efficiency of an organism, often implicitly human.
At the moment of the creation of the World-wide Organization of the Health (the WHO), in 1948, the health defined as “a physical, mental well-being wait state and the social welfare and not only the absence of affections or diseases”.
Only a handful of publications the definition of health and its evolution in the first decades have been centered specifically in. Some of them emphasize their lack of operative value and the problem created by the use of “the complete” word. Others declare the definition, that has not been modified from 1948, “simply a bad one”.
In 1986, the WHO, in the Letter of Ottawa for the Promotion of the Health, said that the health is “a resource for the daily life, is not the objective of the life. The health is a positive concept that emphasizes the social and personal resources, as well as the physical capacities. “The classification systems, as the WHO Family of International Classifications (OMS-FIC), that is made up of the Classification the International of the Operation, Disability and Health and the Classification the International of Diseases (IT BACKS WATER) also define the health.
In general the health is obtained by means of a combination of physics, mental and the social welfare, that, together that commonly is known like the Triangle of the Health.

Do you love holidaying on beaches? If yes then be alert according to the research, swimmers at beaches face an increased risk of illness. By studying more they came to know:-

The disease caused due to the exposed to recreational marine water, which causes illness in you.
The research took place on more then 1300 people who regularly use beaches to spend their holidays.
They found that, group who went in the water was asked to dunk themselves completely in the water three times over a fifteen-minute period. After few days later both sets of participants received follow-up calls from researchers, checking on their health and well being.

They came to know that people who emerged in swimming in sub-tropical beach areas with no known pollution or contamination from sewage or runoff, you still have a chance of being exposed to the kind of microbes that can make you sick,"

If you ask us we will say yes form the new research which took place Michigan suggest that arguing now and then for the right reasons is always good for your health.

When people feels tension with someone like boss, spouse, colleagues, sidestepping confonation could be bad for you.

Avoiding conflict was associated with more symptoms of physical problems on the next day than was actually in an argument which provides you a sense of relaxation.

The results of the study also showed that bypassing bickering was also associated with abnormal rises and falls of stress hormones cortisol throughout the day.

The main concern is “How we deal with problems affects our daily well-being”.

In the previous study they found that the most common way is to avoid people which leads to stress throughout the day.

Further they carry out research on 1842 adults age between 33-84 who took part in the activity, ch day for eight days, participants were asked whether they had engaged in an argument or whether they had experienced a situation in which they could have argued but decided to let it pass without a fight. The subjects also gave saliva samples for four of the days.

And guess what they feel more relaxed and calm during the next day of there work.

That’s why argument is said good for your health, take a note only “ARGUMENT”.

Do you like to do tattooing on the various part of the body, so be alert.

A recent study revealed that people with multiple tattoos which covers large part of your body are at higher risk of contracting hepatitis C and other blood-borne diseases.

The study which took place and analysed 124 studies from 30 countries. Which includes Canada, Italy, brazil, usa, and many western countries where tattoos are mostly found on their body.
Also found that incidence of hepatitis C after tattooing is directly linked with the number of tattoos an individual receives.

At the time of tattooing, the skin is punctured 80-150 times a second in order to inject color pigments.

Which makes tattoo instruments come in contact with blood and bodily fluids, which transmite infections if instruments are used on more than one person without being sterilized or without proper hygiene techniques.

Beyond this you will be shock to know that “tattoos dyes are not kept to sterile containers which leads to transmission of infections”.

Other risks you can found by tattooing are allergic reactions, HIV, hepatitis B, bacterial or fungal infections, and other risk which are associated with tattoo removal.

Do you know because of tattooing in Canada, 12 to 25 % of people is suffering from hepatitis C, and more infections which are associated with tattooing.

So if you like tattooing make sure this risk also follow you with the tattoo on your body.

Don’t dare to lie

Everyone in this world had lied due to some reason for at least one time, every one know how to lie it is not a new word for mankind. Sometime lying...

Everyone in this world had lied due to some reason for at least one time, every one know how to lie it is not a new word for mankind. Sometime lying become the useful toll in the life. But are you aware from telling lies can get you into trouble. First it starts effecting your relation ship and it can most assuredly affect your health.

Do you know our nervous system is connected to our immune system, which makes sense that our brain and emotions may send out messages that affect your health. A simple example, your body responds to the way you think. When we are happy our body produces endorphins, hormones that makes our body feel good. Which are very useful towards a stronger, healthier immune system.

Opposite of that when we worried, anxious or generally stressed out or body produces different kinds of hormones which is known as cortisol and norepinephrine.

Out of these cortisol leads to increase in blood sugar and suppresses the immune system. Norepinephrine kick starts flight or fight response which means our heart rate accelerates and our blood pressure goes up.

Even Modern medical doctors as well as holistic practitioners agree that a person who lies continuously will eventually face anxiety, depression, physical illness and even psychological illness.

So if possible don’t dare to lie to avoid the harm to the body.
